By downloading or using RailVision (the mobile app or the website at myrailvision.in), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Independent product
RailVision is an independent product. It is not an official Indian Railways, IRCTC, or CRIS application. Trademarks and railway names remain the property of their respective owners.
Informational use only
Schedules, live running status, delays, maps, weather, and explore content are provided “as is” for convenience. Data may be late, incomplete, or wrong. Do not rely on the Service alone for safety-critical or time-critical decisions. Confirm platforms, cancellations, and timings through official railway sources and station announcements.
Acceptable use
- Do not abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Service or API.
- Do not reverse engineer the service for unlawful purposes.
- Do not use the Service to mislead others that you represent Indian Railways.
Ads
The mobile app may show advertisements via Google AdMob. The website may show advertisements via Google AdSense. Ad content is provided by third parties; we are not responsible for advertiser offers.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and related services are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RailVision and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or travel-related losses arising from your use of the Service (including missed trains or connections).
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The effective date above will change when we revise them.
